Restrictions & Exclusions:

• House Watch requests are for homeowners living in Fort Bend County only.
• House Watch requests may not exceed a total of 14 days per quarter (3) months).
• House Watch requests may not be submitted for active for sale, rent or lease properties.
• House Watch requests may not be changed once submitted, however they may be cancelled.
• House Watch requests may not be submitted for residences being occupied/entered by anyone.

The Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office cannot guarantee your residence will be checked at specific times or dates, but every effort will be made to check on your residence as time and workload allow. During the time(s) of a Natural Disaster (Hurricane, Flood, etc…), all Vacation/House Watch services will be suspended.  Please be aware that by requesting Vacation/House Watch services, you will be expressly assuming the risk, legal liability, waiving and releasing all claims for injuries, damages, or loss which you might sustain as a result of your request for Vacation/House Watch services from the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office for the subject premises.
